Welcome to the PADELJUNKE online shop, www.padeljunkie.com, published by Padeljunkie AB. These terms and conditions (hereafter Terms) shall apply to all purchases of items on this website. We recommend you read the Terms before placing your order. When you place an order on this website you must accept the Terms unconditionally and agree to follow the Terms.

The order process
To place an order on padeljunkie.com, you must be 18 years old or older.

Once you have decided what item you want, put the item in your cart by clicking “add to cart”. When you are ready to place your order go to “Cart” and click on “Checkout”, where you will see an overview of your selected items. It is important that you review your order and the accuracy of your name, address, e-mail and telephone number.

 An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address when your order has been placed. In the order confirmation, you will find information about your purchased items, price, payment method and delivery address. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if you find an error in the order confirmation, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to ///

Prices
All prices in the online shop are stated in SEK and include Swedish VAT (25%). 

Payment methods
You may choose any of the payment methods indicated on our website. Padeljunkie AB reserves the right to not offer all payment methods if the one you have chosen for some reason is not working at the time of the purchase.

All orders placed on our website are shipped and delivered to the address specified in your order. Your order is usually dispatched within 24 hours (during weekdays) from the time your order has been confirmed by us. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel or redirect your order.

Standard delivery time for items in stock and shipping charges:  2-5 working days   59 SEK. Please note that orders, made during the weekend, will be shipped the following weekday at the earliest.

We apply free shipping on all orders above 1000 SEK Sweden. All orders are currently sent with PostNord or DHL. If a delay in your delivery should occur, please contact us at hola@padeljunkie.com. Please note that the above mentioned delivery times only are estimates and that longer delivery times may apply.


Please check your package immediately upon receipt. If there are any damaged or missing items, it is your responsibility to document this and notify us at hola@padeljunkie.com as soon as possible. If the actual package is damaged upon delivery, you are responsible for notifying the ///carrier and file a complaint with the shipping company by contacting their customer service.


Return policy
You are entitled to return or exchange an item purchased from our webshop within 14 days counting from the day after you received your order from the shipper. 


Right to Return
You must notify us of your return by sending a message to hola@padeljunkie.com within 14 days from the day after you received your order. In your e-mail, you must provide your name, address, e-mail, order number and information regarding what item  is being returned. After sending us your return notice, you must immediately  return the item to us together with the return notice sent to you with your order.

A full refund will be made for all items returned provided they are in the same condition as when you received them (all tags still attached). If your handling of the item results in the item losing its value to a ///greater extent than necessary to determine its function and fit, you will be charged a reimbursement fee for the depreciation.


We will refund you within 14 days from the date Padeljunkie AB receives your return notice provided that we have received your returned item within this time. Otherwise we will refund you as soon as we can upon receipt of your return. The refund will be made through the same payment method used when placing your order.


Return shipping cost  

When using your right to return an item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost as well as ensuring that the item is well-packaged during shipping.

If you wish, we can assist you with a pre-paid return label.  Send an e-mail to hola@padeljunkie.com should you want a pre-paid return label. Your return shipping cost for the pre-paid return label is:

  • Returns made from Sweden 59 SEK.

 We will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.


Do you need to exchange an item?
We offer 14 days right to exchange an item should you need to change a size, color or just want another item. You are responsible to pay your return shipping cost. We then offer you free shipping on the replaced item. If you are returning your item from Sweden we can assist you with a pre-paid return label (see above “Return shipping cost”).

If you want to exchange an item just send an e-mail to /// for further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you the replaced item.

Non-collected items

You are responsible for filling in the correct name, e-mail and address when placing your order. If you do not collect a package delivered to you, we will charge you for the entire shipping costs as well as any other additional costs incurred due to the non-collection of the package sent to you. Please note that a non-collected package is not covered by the statutory right to return item within 14 days.


Complaints 
Before dispatching your order we control all items meticulously to ensure they are in perfect condition at your receiving. In the event an item is delivered damaged or defective, we commit to ///fixing this free of charge in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation. If we are unable to fix the damaged or defective item or replace it with a similar item, we will refund your cost for the defective item.  Please note that our responsibility to fix damaged or defective items does not cover damages caused by the shipping company. If your package is damaged at your delivery you are responsible for notifying the carrier and to filing a complaint to the shipping company by contacting their customer service.


Guarantee of an item only covers original defects and not normal wear of an item or defects due to your negligence to follow our care instructions. Your order number with us is valid as your proof of guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse your complaint if the item is not considered as a defective item according to Swedish consumer protection legislation. We follow recommendations set out by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). 


How to file a complaint
You must notify us immediately from the time you discover or should have discovered the defect/damage, by sending an e-mail to /// providing you name, address, e-mail, order number and a short description of the defective/damaged item. Do not return a defective item before our approval.


Padeljunkie AB will reimburse your shipping cost if your complaint is accepted.


Inaccuracies on the website
Although we strive for accuracy in all information provided on our website, errors may occur. 


We reserve the right for any typographical errors and other inaccuracies on our website. We may at any time correct any such errors and change or update information on this website. Should we find that an incorrect price has been applied for an item in your order, we will correct the price accordingly and bring this to your attention by e-mail and await your approval before proceeding with the order. Pictures and colors on our website cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of our items due to differences in monitor and photo quality.
