PADELJUNKIE was created by Ewa Pettersson, graphic designer, and Antonette Andersson, padel pro. They first met on the padel court as a player and a trainer but grew to be good friends with two common interests — design and padel. 

Together, they have designed a padel collection that gives subtle urban vibes, hints of Scandinavian minimalism and functionality and unique details that scream padel - from the signature Mondo blue details to the original quotes from Antonette herself.

As early as 2014, Antonette’s lifestyle could have been branded with the name Padeljunkie since that was the year she tried padel for the first time. Immediately, she discovered that it was an extremely addictive sport. She was hooked from the start and couldn’t get enough of it. She started playing, competing, and working with the sport as soon as she could and that passion continues to live on. 

Antonette has a long list of merits including former No. 1 in Sweden, 7 consecutive years on the Swedish National Team, 3-time National Champ and first WPT commentator on Swedish television among other things. Aside from being one of the best and most accomplished female players in the country, she has grown into different roles such as ambassador, writer, commentator, coach and she continues to search for new ways to spread her passion for padel.  

That search leads us to today — a time to create a collection of clothing and accessories that PADELJUNKIES across the nation can relate to.
